Coming Soon at Skye Farm

Leaves have fallen and summer camp plans are underway!

First Look at Summer 2025

Take a sneak peek at our summer camp programs for 2025! We’re excited to bring back some camper-favorite programs from years past as well as launch some new ones. Overall, this summer will have more spots for campers of all ages, more adventure programs & offsite trips, more opportunities for younger campers to give camp a try, and more of the fun, supportive, Christian community that we all love. Full program details to come, with registration opening DECEMBER 9TH!

Winter & Spring Retreats in Bass, Ogden, & Shippey

Our summer camp cabins and seasonal buildings may be shut down for the winter, but our retreat lodges are open for cozy winter and spring retreats. Church retreats, confirmation classes, youth groups, crafting groups, family getaways, winter sports adventures—we’d love to have you! We even have a brand new set of snowshoes in a variety of sizes for kids and adults that are available for winter retreat groups to use.

For those who’ve never stayed there, Ogden & Shippey Lodges are tucked away on their own corner of our property, with access to our trail network and lots of outdoor lawn space. Ogden has a large great room with an iconic fireplace that makes it an awesome space for fellowship and eating together. Ogden has had a lot of improvements over the past few years, including new windows throughout the building, a new floor in the great room, and updates to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Bass Lodge has had its own share of improvements that we’d love for more of you to get the chance to see! After housing the camp office from 2016 - 2020, our Thursday Crew volunteers put in a lot of work to renovate the four bedrooms, giving each a private ensuite bathroom and updated floors and walls. The kitchen got a total makeover, with a new stove, floor, sink, and a beautiful new set of cabinets and countertops.

Gathering room with large wooden dining table, two black leather couches in the corner, a woodstove, lots of ceiling beams.
A bunk bed with a green quilt and pillow, wooden night stand and lamp.
Double bed with a green quilt and pillows, wooden night stand and lamp, watercolor painting of canoes by a lake on the wall.
Kitchen with sage green walls, warm wood cabinets, a large sink, dishwasher, stove, and window.

We’re also happy to announce that we are now able to provide guests in Bass with bedding and towels! Bass is a great place for families and smaller groups to gather around the woodstove and enjoy time together. Groups staying in Bass can also add Conklin Lodge to their booking for extra program space (Conklin is just down the hill from Bass and is our newest year-round building.)

Online Camp Store

For a limited time, some of our favorite items from the Skye Farm Camp Store are available to order online! We want to give folks in the wider Skye Farm community the opportunity to get themselves a piece of Skye Farm, even if you may not have been able to visit camp in person this year. This is also a great chance to do some Christmas shopping! The online camp store includes this year’s brand new loon hoodie, Skye Farm Nalgene water bottles, and waterproof stickers, as well as some favorites from recent years including s’mores tees, bucket hats, and stuffed animals.

From November 11th - December 11th, you can place an order and have it shipped to you or stop by and pick it up in person at camp. Shipping will happen in two batches, with the first round going out on November 18th and the second going out on December 12th. Supplies for certain items are limited, so order soon!

Thursday Crew News

Our dedicated weekly volunteer group, the “Thursday Crew,” has been hard at work this fall! One big project we’d like to highlight is the ongoing restoration of the Kessler porch. A multi-year project, the crew has been installing new supports and fresh floorboards in sections to ensure a safe and solid surface. As a central hub for summer camp and one of the oldest buildings at Skye Farm, Kessler Hall is a building we’re always glad to put work into so that it can continue to welcome campers for generations to come!
